Registration / Information (Tahmoor Sportsground)
Any requests for playing in certain teams or with certain players will only be accepted if emailed to the registrar registrar@tahmoorsoccerclub.com.au . Please note that all requests should be from the parent of the player and not a Coach and this is only applicable for Under 6 to Under 9 as U10 and above will be graded.
Uniforms
New Players will be provided a uniform, including a shirt, shorts and socks. Player will need to provide their own shin pads and boots.
Players re-registering from last year will be provided a new shirt each year. Shorts and sock may be purchased from the club store at GIOCA if required.
M League uniforms will be provided as required to meet team requirements as supported by sponsorships.
Shin Pads and Football Boots can be purchased through our sponsor Sportspower Picton. Sportspower kindly returns 5% of sales back to the club.
Grading
Players aged from Under 10 up to Under 18 will be required to grade to determine skill level as this is a foundational basis of team allocation. This ensures a better experience for players by being grouped with other players of similar skill level. This process also helps the club place teams in the correct divisions ensuring they compete against teams of similar skill level.
While it is not compulsory, we encourage players to come to the grading day.

NSW Government Active Kids Rebate Program
Tahmoor Soccer Club is registered to receive vouchers in the Active Kids Program.
NOTE: Current Vouchers expire 31st January 2024. Please ensure you use these vouchers during registration before 30th January 2024 to allow time to process them before they expire
Parents can apply for and download their vouchers from the Service NSW website from the end of January and use it towards their child’s registration.

Insurance Matters
Football NSW Provides Insurance for players during both games and training sessions. This insurance is described in the Summary Document found on the Football NSW web site.

Football NSW provides additional resources under the Perform+ program, to ensure players are educated in good physical routines to reduce injury and promote fitness and health. They are based on the FIFA 11+ program and are recommended for players and teams to adopt. Football Australia recommend that Perform+ should be performed a minimum of 2x/week (training and game time) with 3x/week ideal (once at home).
